The Parliament is a duplex design home that gives you floorplan choice depending on the frontage of your block. Whilst the layout of Unit B is very similar to Unit A, there are subtleties that differentiate the lifestyle choices.

  • The kitchen and informal living spaces overlook the backyard, however the alfresco area is significantly larger giving additional space for entertaining family & friends.
  • The laundry has direct access to the kitchen with a walk-in linen area accessed directly from the laundry.
  • Whilst the formal living area is a little smaller, the powder room can be accessed directly making it easy for both family and guests.
  • Upstairs the general layout is similar to Unit A, however the master bedroom has 2 built-in robes and a secluded parents retreat for reading or just relaxing.
  • Both units have an additional linen storage area on the first floor.
